Ratfink

Ratfink is a foeder aged wild ale that we’ve been brewing, ageing, and blending for as many years as we’ve been open. It’s a nuanced, oak-accented beer that showcases the inimitable teamwork of brett and bacteria.

Smell and taste: Tart, bright, and dry, with notes of cherry blossom, apple skin, crunchy pear, and white grape.
